ideaFun ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy applies to Android applications published and operated by ideaFun through Google Play (collectively, "our Apps") and explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information when you use our Apps.

ideaFun provides various entertainment and creative applications, including but not limited to pixel coloring games, puzzle games, find-the-difference games, arrow escape games, diamond merge games, interactive simulation games, and AR Drawing applications.

Because different Apps have different features, permissions, and technical configurations, not every App uses all functions, permissions, or third-party SDKs described in this Privacy Policy. Actual data practices depend on the functionality, configuration, and usage of each App.

1. Information We Collect

When you use our Apps, we or our integrated third-party services may automatically collect certain device and usage information, including device model, operating system version, device language, country or region information, network information, IP address, device or application identifiers, Android Advertising ID, app interaction data, session information, crash logs, diagnostic information, and performance data.

This information is used to provide App functionality, analyze usage, improve performance, enhance user experience, deliver and measure advertisements, prevent fraud, and maintain service security.

Some Apps may allow users to create or process content, such as pixel coloring artwork, AR Drawing content, or user feedback. In such cases, we may process information provided by users according to the relevant App functionality.

Depending on the features of our Apps, users may voluntarily provide information such as feedback, customer support communications, uploaded images, drawing materials, user-created content, account information, or other information submitted by users.

For example, users may import images as drawing references in AR Drawing Apps, save completed artwork in pixel coloring Apps, or create accounts for data synchronization and account management where supported.

We only process information necessary for providing the relevant features.

Depending on App functionality, we may request access to certain device permissions.

4. Local Processing, User Content, and Data Transfer

Some App features are primarily processed locally on the user's device, including certain game progress, settings, image editing, drawing, and coloring operations.

If a feature only requires local processing, user content such as images, videos, documents, or artwork is not uploaded to our servers.

Some Apps may provide account synchronization or online services. For example, No.Pix allows users to sign in, synchronize data, and manage account deletion through the in-App settings page.

When an App requires data transmission for synchronization, account management, or other online features, necessary information may be processed to provide those services.

5. How We Use Information

We may use collected information to provide and maintain App functionality, analyze usage, improve product experience and stability, diagnose and fix technical issues, provide customer support, deliver and measure advertisements, protect security, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use collected information for purposes materially inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party SDKs and Services

Our Apps may integrate third-party SDKs for advertising, privacy consent management, analytics, performance optimization, and other App functions.

Different Apps may use different SDKs depending on their configuration. Not every App integrates every SDK listed below. Third-party providers may process information according to their own privacy policies.

7. Advertising and Personalized Ads

Some of our Apps may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners.

Advertising partners, including Google AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin, Mintegral, Pangle, Vungle Ads, and other advertising providers, may process information such as device information, IP address, Android Advertising ID, advertising interaction data, and App usage information.

This information may be used for purposes including delivering advertisements, measuring advertising performance, optimizing ad delivery, limiting ad frequency, detecting invalid traffic, and preventing fraudulent activities.

IP addresses may be used by advertising providers to determine approximate geographic location. The specific processing of IP addresses may depend on the advertising request type, user privacy choices, and service configuration.

Where required by applicable laws, we use Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) or other appropriate privacy management mechanisms to provide users with consent options and privacy choices.

Users can manage advertising preferences through privacy settings within the App and Android system settings.

For Apps participating in the Google Play Families Policy program, we apply appropriate advertising configurations and data processing practices designed for child and family audiences.

8. Data Processing, Security, Sharing, and Deletion

To provide App functionality, advertising services, analytics, performance optimization, security protection, and other necessary services, we may share necessary information with trusted third-party service providers, including advertising partners, analytics providers, technology service providers, and security providers.

These third parties process information only for their service purposes and according to their own privacy policies.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information, including secure data transmission, access controls, and other appropriate security practices.

We retain information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or satisfy other legitimate requirements.

For Apps that support account functionality, such as No.Pix, users can access account management features through the App settings page to synchronize data or request account deletion.

After account deletion, data associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized according to applicable laws and business requirements.

Information stored only locally on the user's device can generally be removed by clearing App data or uninstalling the App.

9. Payments and Subscriptions

Some Apps may offer subscriptions, in-app purchases, or other paid services.

Payments are generally processed through Google Play Billing. We do not directly collect or store users' complete payment card information.

Subscription details, pricing, billing periods, free trials, promotional offers, and purchase terms are displayed within the App purchase interface and Google Play purchase page before completing a transaction.

10. GDPR and CCPA/CPRA Privacy Rights

For users in the European Economic Area and other regions where GDPR or similar privacy laws apply, we process personal information based on applicable legal grounds, including user consent, contractual necessity, legal obligations, or legitimate interests.

Where applicable, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of their personal information, object to certain processing activities, request data portability, and withdraw previously provided consent.

For processing activities that require user consent, such as personalized advertising or similar privacy choices, we may use Google UMP or other appropriate consent management tools to obtain, record, and manage user preferences.

If the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) apply to us, California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, as well as the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where applicable.

We do not sell users' personal information.

If certain advertising-related data processing is considered "sharing" under the CCPA/CPRA, users may exercise applicable rights through in-App privacy settings, options provided through Google UMP, or by contacting us.

11. Children's Privacy

Some ideaFun Apps may be designed for children or family audiences, including Apps participating in the Google Play Families Policy program, such as No.Poly.

For these Apps, we comply with applicable children's privacy requirements and Google Play Families Policy requirements. We adjust data collection practices, third-party SDK usage, and advertising configurations according to child-directed requirements.

For Apps that are not specifically designed for children, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time due to changes in legal requirements, third-party SDKs, business operations, or App functionality.
